In May 2019, our team of expert groundwork operatives began work on Dandara’s first scheme in a new region in the south of England, worth £3+million and lasting just over a year and a half.
This exciting new development comprises of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes situated just off Worthing Road. These carefully created homes surround, or sit close to, open spaces to continue the attractive street scenes of Littlehampton. These stylish homes feature private gardens with either an allocated garage or driveway for easy parking.
How Mackoy got the Groundworks off the… Ground
The Mackoy team have been hitting the ground running since day one with local groundworks gangs working to the project programme, with an estimated delivery of 78 weeks, working to our best-practice protocol as well as running to schedule. In fact, we are currently running ahead of the originally planned programme thanks to our tidy and highly-organised ways of working, seeing us meeting the Dandara’s sales launch target.
Completed Work so Far
Further to this, Mackoy Groundworks is responsible for specialist groundworks, external and civils works, drainage, and Principle Contractor for the 278 works, ready to fully handover in November 2020.
