About the Groundworks Contract

We began work on this £4.3 million contract in June 2016, including implementing the full groundworks infrastructure with foundations, roads and sewers, retaining structures and 278 works; starting the job as Principle Contractor before handing over.

Our Foreman and operatives were quick to establish safe working environments by complying to our strict health and safety procedures and high-quality approach to all of our groundwork strategies. It’s this approach that the work on this development scooping a NHBC Pride in the Job award for Quality and Safety for the third time. A presentation took place on Thursday 5 December 2019, where Bellway Homes Wessex’s Regional Director, Shaun Pettitt, presented.
