One thing we've never shied away from in seven years at Mackoy is our investment into new initiatives. Be it a closed-cab dumper to keep our operatives safe, Air Picks to help us excavate more effectively around services, or producing our Mackoy Good Practice Guide. When it comes to reflecting on our operations and reassessing how we do things we're always up for improving our ways of working.
Change is something our team is part of every day at Mackoy. You only have to look at our worksites week on week (as our SHEQ team do) to see the progress that can take place in just a few days. But as a business Mackoy has changed a lot in seven years too. We've increased our operations from just a single head office in Hampshire to three established premises with a new one on the way in Nursling. We've also expanded our leadership team as well as our groundworks and civil engineering remit. Today counting Britain's biggest and best known house builders among our core clients, and winning contract tenders worth million of pounds.
All this is a far cry from where we were as a business when we first launched in 2011 and our annual year-on-year growth has been instrumental in the decision to develop our first ever Mackoy corporate brochure. So now when we're invited to tender for new work we can include a professionally printed and designed document that tells prospective clients all about our resource and our capabilities. As well as showcasing the many awards and accreditations we've achieved over the last seven years.
Beyond our Mackoy logo, which stands loud and proud on our new brochure's front cover, inside you'll find dedicated double page spreads going into detail about some of the latest builds our team has been working on. Such as the award-winning North Stoneham Park in Eastleigh, a 120-acre development we're undertaking for the Highwood group. There's also pages dedicated to our Mackoy health & safety initiatives, such as our Good Practice Guide and policy of inspecting each of our plant on a daily basis. As well as content showcasing some of our clients and preferred sub-contractors, in addition to highlighting a few of the new machines we've invested in during 2018.
To create the brochure we've partnered once again with Merchant creative agency, the same design studio in Southampton who recently gave our Mackoy website its brand new look. As you can see from some of the example pages we've included in this post the brochure follows a very similar graphic style to our website, using the exact same font and colours that will be a key part of our Mackoy brand identity moving forward. All of which helps to give us a consistency across everything we do at Mackoy. From our printed materials, like our corporate brochure, to our website and social channels. In just the same way as the plant we purchase is wrapped in our Mackoy colours and logo, making it obvious to everyone when our team is on site.
We'll be distributing our new brochures among our clients shortly. Some of who have even been kind enough to provide a testimonial to endorse our workmanship. In the meantime we'll be adding to our Mackoy newsfeed with even more updates just like this one each and every week going forward. Or if you want to be first in the know about what we're upto, as well as the available groundworks jobs we're recruiting for on our gangs, you can also subscribe to our newsletter or give us a follow on Facebook and LinkedIn.
