Mackoy has worked with Wyatt Homes on numerous developments, both within Hampshire and in Dorset, most recently completing the entire groundwork infrastructure for 56 residential units in Luzborough, just outside Romsey (a consortium between Wyatt Homes and Morrish Builders). Prior to this contract, our groundwork services were engaged for a 70-unit development in Upton, Poole –a contract that was worth £2.4 million at the time of development – with all plots on site nearly completed, sold or occupied.
