These include a £1.4 million groundwork contract to develop 30 new residential units in Birdham, West Sussex; contracts worth £3.3 million and £3.2 million in Medstead and Hook, both in Hampshire; and £1 million and £1.8 million contracts for developments in Sunbury-On-Thames, Surrey and Wokingham, Berkshire.
